WHERE HAS THE SPRING GONE???
Today is April 9th and br br it seems cold that warm spell a couple of weeks ago definitely spoilt us all. The temperature today is 7 degrees feels more like zero with the north westerly wind and clouds. We cannot change the weather. Anyway life is good North of Huntsville and I am still busy showing clients all types of properties from acreage, residential to recreational and enquiries from potential sellers. 2012 has started off extremely well for myself and for the first three months, Jackie McAvoy Real Estate Ltd. is #1 for sales per unit and dollar value which is amazing for the only independent real estate brokerage, North of Huntsville.
